How to switch to Unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection
To switch to Unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the Upgrade button.
One of the following actions is performed:
- The Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection web page opens in the browser.
- Our partner's online store window opens in the browser.
- A third-party online store window opens in the browser.
When switching to the Unlimited version of the application, the browser window displays one of the Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection subscription offers available to you. The offer may depend on the region in which the subscription is registered.
- You can open My Kaspersky from the My Account section of the Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection web page:
- Enter the email address and password that you specified when creating your account on My Kaspersky. If you do not have an account, you can create an account.
- The Unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is available for all devices connected to your account, up to the limit of your subscription. Additional devices will use the Free version with limited functionality. For instructions on how to switch a device to the Unlimited version, see this article.
- If the eStore page opened in the browser:
- Purchase subscription to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
After completing your purchase, the
activation codefor your subscription will be sent to your email address.An activation code is a unique sequence of 20 letters and numerals in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. If you have an activation code, you can enter it on My Kaspersky to activate the unlimited version of the application.
The subscription period starts from the date when the activation code is used for the first time on a device.
If you lose or accidentally delete your activation code after activating the application, contact Kaspersky Customer Service.
- On My Kaspersky, go to the Subscriptions section.
- Enter the activation code and click the Add button.
- Purchase subscription to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
A subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is displayed in the window. To begin using the Unlimited version of the application, connect your device to My Kaspersky.
You can also use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on devices running Android, iOS or macOS.
