Information about image layers

In the table on the Layers tab, Kaspersky Container Security displays information about all layers that the selected image contains. For each object, the table provides the following information:

• The name of the layer, which is the text of a command. Clicking the name of a layer expands the list of vulnerabilities in the layer. If the list of vulnerabilities contains many entries, you can view additional entries by clicking Show 10 more. For each vulnerability, the following is displayed:
  • ID of the vulnerability. If you click the vulnerability entry ID, the solution opens the sidebar with the detailed information bout the vulnerability.
  • Severity and exploit icon ( or ) if the vulnerability contains an exploit.
  • Information about the availability and version of fixes prepared by the manufacturer
  • Name of the resource that contains the vulnerability (for example, name and version of a library, language name and version)

  By default, the list of vulnerabilities is collapsed.

• Number of the node's vulnerabilities with severity levels.
• Number of vulnerabilities for which a fix has been released by the manufacturer and the total number of vulnerabilities (for example, 2/4).
• Date and time the layer was created (if available).

To customize the display of objects in the table:

1. Select one or more vulnerability severity levels by clicking the corresponding buttons above the table (Critical, High, Medium, Low, Negligible).
2. Enable or disable the Show non-vulnerable layers toggle switch. If this toggle switch is disabled, layers without vulnerabilities are hidden.

The solution also allows searching for an object by vulnerability ID or resource name.
