Group entries

All entries are displayed in alphabetical order. Entries added to Favorites are displayed before other entries.

You can create folders to group entries. You can add entries of any type to a folder. Folders are always displayed before entries in alphabetical order. Folders sync across your devices.

Create a folder

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and has fingerprint authentication enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. In the main app window, tap add button > Folder.
  3. In the Name field, enter the name for the folder.
  4. Tap Save.

The folder appears in the All entries window.

Move entries to a folder

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and has fingerprint authentication enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the main app window, select an entry you want to move to a folder.
    • In the All entries window, tap arrows icon and go to the section that contains the entry you want to move to a folder.

    The window with the entries of the selected type opens.

  3. Select an entry which you want to move to a folder.
  4. Next to the entry you want to move to a folder, tap > Add to folder.
  5. Select a folder to which you want to move an entry or tap add button to create a new folder.
  6. Tap Add here.

Kaspersky Password Manager moves an entry to the selected folder.

You can reset custom sort settings to display all entries in alphabetical order. If you reset custom sort settings, they can't be restored.

Reset sort order

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

    If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and has fingerprint authentication enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.

  2. On the bottom navigation bar, tap more icon > Sort alphabetically A-z.
