Revoking access to the workspace

You can revoke access to the workspace if you no longer want a user to be able to view or manage the workspace according to the selected role (for example, after a user leaves the company).

You cannot revoke your own access to the workspace.

To revoke access to the workspace:

  1. Go to the list of workspaces.
  2. Click the Access control link in the workspace that you have created or in any workspace whose administrator has granted you access by assigning the Administrator role to your account.

    The list of accounts with access to the workspace is displayed.

  3. Select the check box next to the account whose access you want to revoke, and then click theĀ Revoke access button.
  4. In the Revoke access window that opens, click Revoke to confirm the operation.

The access of the selected account to the workspace is revoked. The user cannot view and manage the workspace any longer.
