Kaspersky Safe Kids complies with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all regions where the application is distributed. When you accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, you confirm that you have reached the required age.
After Kaspersky Safe Kids is installed, you will be offered to read and accept the terms and conditions required for initial setup and use of Kaspersky Safe Kids. You will also be asked to accept the Statement Regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes which allows Kaspersky to offer you additional benefits. If you choose to accept this statement, you can still revoke your acceptance in the application settings at any time.
View, accept or decline the Marketing Statement
- In the context menu of the application icon
, select Settings.
- Enter the password for your My Kaspersky account.
The Settings window opens.
- In the Data provision section, carefully read the Statement regarding Data Processing for Marketing Purposes.
- Do one of the following:
- Select the I confirm that I have fully read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of the Support Statement checkbox, if you want to provide data to improve the application performance and make more beneficial offers to you.
- Clear the I confirm that I have fully read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of the Support Statement checkbox, if you do not want longer provide data to improve the application performance and make more beneficial offers to you.
- Click Save.
According to the terms of the GDPR you have the right to remove all your personal data from Kaspersky. When you contact Customer Service to remove personal data, you should provide the unique IDs of your computer.
Provide the IDs to Customer Service to remove personal data
- In the context menu of the application icon
, select Settings.
- Enter the password for your My Kaspersky account.
The Settings window opens.
- In the Log events section, click the ID link next to the Automatic sending of operating system data to Customer Service heading section.
The window with the PC ID and Machine ID numbers opens.
- Click the copy icon
to copy both IDs to the Clipboard.
- Paste the IDs to request form and send them to Customer Service.
