Kaspersky Unified Monitoring and Analysis Platform
Configuring report schedule

To configure the report schedule:

  1. Open the KUMA web interface and select ReportsTemplates.
  2. In the table with the list of report templates, select a report template and click the menu icon icon_three vertical dots.
  3. In the drop-down list, select Edit schedule.

This opens the Edit schedule window.

  4. If you want the report to be generated regularly:
    1. Enable the Send report by schedule toggle switch.
    2. Under Recur every, specify how often the reports must be generated.

You can specify the frequency of generating reports by days, weeks, months, or years. Depending on the selected period, you should specify the time, day of the week, day of the month or the date of the report generation.

    3. In the Time field, enter the time when the report must be generated.
    4. In the Timezone drop-down list, select the time zone for the report generation time.
  5. Under Notification settings, specify the following:
    1. In the Notification template drop-down list, select a notification form that you want to be sent to the user on a schedule.
    2. In the Send to group of settings, click Add.
    3. This opens a window; in that window, add a group of users that you want to get the report and select a format. To do so:
      • In the Emails drop-down list, select email addresses of report recipients.
      • In the Format drop-down list, select the format of the report. The following formats are available: HTML, PDF, , Excel.

You can add multiple groups of report recipients by clicking the Add group button.

Reports are sent to the specified addresses every time you generate a report manually or KUMA generates a report automatically on schedule.

If you want the generated reports to be sent by email, you need to configure an SMTP connection.

If recipients of an emailed report are KUMA users, they can download or view the report by clicking links in the email message. If the recipients are not KUMA users, they can follow the links but cannot log in to KUMA, so only attachments are available to them.

We recommend viewing HTML reports by clicking links in the web interface, because at some screen resolutions, the HTML report from the attachment may not be displayed correctly.

If you send an email message without attachments, the recipients can only get reports by following links, and only if they can authorize in KUMA, without restrictions on roles or tenants.

    4. Click Add.
  6. Click Save.

Report schedule is configured.
