Creating Kaspersky Security Center connection

To create a new Kaspersky Security Center connection:

  1. Open the KUMA web interface and select the Settings → Integrations → Kaspersky Security Center section.

The Kaspersky Security Center integration by tenant window opens.

  2. Click the name of the tenant for which you want to create a Kaspersky Security Center connection.
  3. A sidebar is displayed; on this sidebar, under Connections, click the New button and specify the following settings:
    • Status is the status of the connection to the selected Kaspersky Security Center server. You can use the toggle switch to enable or disable the connection. By default, the connection to the selected server is inactive. If this is the case, you cannot use this connection to connect to the Kaspersky Security Center server.
    • Name (required)—the name of the connection. The name can contain 1 to 128 Unicode characters.
    • URL (required) is the URL of the Kaspersky Security Center server. The default port is 13299.
    • In the Secret drop-down list, select the secret with the Kaspersky Security Center account credentials or create a new secret.

You can change the selected secret by clicking the EditResource icon.

  4. If you want KUMA to import only assets that are connected to secondary servers or included in groups:
    1. Make sure that the connection to the Kaspersky Security Center server is enabled.
    2. In the Hierarchy section, click the Upload button.
    3. Select the servers and groups from which you want to import asset information.
    4. If you want to import assets only from new groups, select the Import assets from new groups check box.
  5. If you want KUMA to import information about the assets of all Kaspersky Security Center servers:
    1. Make sure that the connection to the Kaspersky Security Center server is enabled.
    2. If you want to import information about the basic parameters of assets, click the Import KSC assets button.
    3. If you want to import information about other parameters of assets, click the Import KSC assets attributes button.
  6. Click Save.

The connection to the Kaspersky Security Center server is now created. It can be used to import information about assets from Kaspersky Security Center to KUMA and to create asset-related tasks in Kaspersky Security Center from KUMA.
