Configuring integration in KUMA

To configure KUMA integration with ASAP:

  1. In the KUMA web interface, open Settings → Integrations → Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform section.

    The Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform window opens.

  2. Make sure the Status toggle switch is enabled and the integration is enabled.
  3. In the Secret drop-down list, select a secret to use for the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform integration. If necessary, you can also create a secret of the token type by specifying the token obtained in the ASAP platform. To do so:
    1. In the Secret drop-down list, click Create.

      This opens the Create secret window.

    2. In the Name field, enter the name of the secret. Must contain 1 to 128 Unicode characters.
    3. In the Token field, enter the authorization token for API requests to ASAP.
    4. If necessary, select the tags for the secret from the Tags drop-down list.
    5. If necessary, add the secret description in the Description field.
    6. Click Create.
  4. In the ASAP Open API URL field, specify the address used by ASAP for API requests.
  5. In the ASAP administrator email field, specify the email address of the ASAP administrator who receives notifications when users are added to the learning groups using KUMA.
  6. In the Notification template drop-down list, select the template that you want KUMA to use for notifications. If necessary, you can also create a notification template by clicking Create.
  7. If necessary, in the Proxy drop-down list select the proxy server resource to be used to connect to ASAP.
  8. Click Save.

Integration with ASAP is configured in KUMA. When viewing information about alerts and incidents, you can select associated users to view which learning courses they have taken and to change their learning group.
