Integration can be configured on the side of KICS for Networks version 4.0 or on the side of KATA 7.0 or a later version For the import of data and events to work correctly, you must use the KUMA connector and the communication data package created in the appropriate system.
We recommend configuring integration of KICS for Networks or KATA with KUMA after ending Process Control rules learning mode. For more details, please refer to the KICS for Networks documentation.
On the KICS for Networks or KATA side, integration configuration consists of creating a KUMA-type connector. In KICS for Networks and KATA, connectors are specialized application modules that enable KICS for Networks or KATA to exchange data with recipient systems, including KUMA. For more details on creating connectors, please refer to the KICS for Networks documentation.
When a connector is added to KICS for Networks or KATA, a communication data package is automatically created for this connector. This is an encrypted configuration file for connecting to KICS for Networks or KATA that is used when configuring integration on the KUMA side.
