Unlocking the device

If you lock the device via My Kaspersky, you can unlock it.

To unlock the device:

  1. On the screen of your locked device, tap unlock_screen > Unlock.
  2. Enter the secret code.
  3. Tap OK.

Your device will be unlocked.

If you do not remember the secret code, you can recover it on My Kaspersky.
