Removable drives scan settings

Settings	Description
Action on a removable drive connection	Quick Scan. If you select this option, then after you connect an external device, Kaspersky application will only scan files with certain formats that are the most susceptible to infection and are located in the root folder. Also, Quick Scan does not include decompressing and scanning of archives. Detailed Scan. If this check box is selected, then after you connect an external device, Kaspersky application will scan all files located in every folder of the external device. Also, it decompresses and scans archives, except for the password protected ones.
Maximum removable drive size	If this check box is selected, Kaspersky application will scan all external devices that do not exceed the specified maximum size. If this check box is cleared, Kaspersky application scans external devices of all sizes.
Show scan progress	If this check box is selected, Kaspersky application shows the progress of external device scans in a separate window and in the running scan window.
Block the stopping of the scan task	If this check box is selected, the Stop button is unavailable for external device scans in the running scan window.
