Hardware and software requirements

This Help is applicable to Kaspersky Who Calls for iOS 1.42.X.XXX and later.

A device must meet the following requirements to support Kaspersky Who Calls:

  • Device type: iPhone 6S or a newer model
  • 300 MB of free disk space in the main memory of the device
  • Internet connection
  • Operating system: iOS 15 or higher
  • SIM card installed on the device

Installing the app

To install Kaspersky Who Calls:

  1. Go to the App Store.
  2. Find Kaspersky Who Calls. To do so, tap Search, type the app name in the search field, and tap the Find button.
  3. Select Kaspersky Who Calls in the search results.

  4. On the app page, tap Download and then tap Install.
  5. Enter your Apple ID password, if necessary.

The installation of the app begins.

Updating the app

You can update Kaspersky Who Calls from the App Store manually or automatically.

To use App Store, you must:

  • Have a user account.
  • Link your device to your user account.
  • Have access to the Internet.

By default, automatic app updates on iOS are turned on. You can turn off automatic app updates in the device's settings. If you disable automatic updates, go to the App Store to check for an update and download it.

Uninstalling the app

To uninstall Kaspersky Who Calls:

  1. On the Home screen, press and hold the Kaspersky Who Calls icon until the icons start to jiggle.
  2. Choose the deleting option.

Due to issues with the iOS operating system, numbers you have added to the lists in the app will not be deleted from your device right away if you uninstall the app.
