Copying aggregation rules to another tenant

You can copy an existing aggregation rule to another tenant.

To copy aggregation rules:

1. In the main menu, go to Settings → Tenants.

   The tenant list opens. The list contains only the tenants to which you have at least the Read access right.

2. Click the name of the required tenant.

   The tenant's properties window opens.

3. Select the Settings tab, and then click Aggregation rules.
4. In the list of aggregation rules, select the rules that you want to copy, and then click Copy to tenant.
5. Select one or multiple target tenants, and then click Copy.
6. If the target tenant contains an aggregation rule with an identical name, the Overwrite or rename aggregation rules? window appears:
   • If you want to delete the previously created rule for the target tenant and replace it with the rule that you want to copy, click Overwrite.
   • If you want to preserve the previously created rule and copy the specified rule with (copy) appended to its title, click Copy and rename.

   When you click the close () button, the window is closed, and the aggregation rules whose names are identical to the ones in the target tenants are not copied. However, if at step 4 you also selected the aggregation rules that are absent in the target tenants, such rules are copied.

The aggregation rules are copied to another tenant or tenants.
