Cause

Why it may be dangerous
User Account Control (UAC) notifies on attempts of applications or users to make some changes to the computer, e.g. install an application. If you disable User Account Control, the system will become more vulnerable for spying malware, viruses, and other threats.
After fixing
Some applications function incorrectly with User Account Control enabled. Disable it only if you are sure the application is trusted.
