How to find an activation code for your Kaspersky application

You can look up the activation code:

• If you bought the application online, the activation code was sent to the email address you have entered during purchase.  
• If you bought the application on a CD, you will find your activation code in the Quick Start Guide.
• If you bought a license renewal card, you can find the code on the back of the card.

What to do if you don’t have an email from the online store, Quick Start Guide or activation card

If you cannot find the activation code but your Kaspersky application is activated, you can view the code on My Kaspersky. To connect the application to My Kaspersky, see the guide in this article. On My Kaspersky, you can:

• View the activation code in license details (not applicable for Kaspersky Security Cloud and Kaspersky Password Manager). For instructions, see this article.
• Send the activation code to your email. For instructions, see this article.
