Report template

Report templates are used to specify the conditions and data that a report is to be based on, as well as the reporting period. Users with the General administrator, Tenant administrator, Tier 2 analyst, and Tier 1 analyst roles can create, edit, or delete report templates. Reports that were generated using report templates are displayed in the Generated reports tab.

Report templates are available in the Templates tab of the Reports section, where the table of existing templates is displayed. The table contains the following information:

If necessary, you can customize the columns by clicking the gear icon_gear icon.

After selecting a report template in the list, you can click the menu icon icon_three vertical dots to open a drop-down list of available actions:

You can also view the list of report templates available to you in the Resources → List section. To do this, select Report template in the Resource kind column.
