Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.
If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and has fingerprint authentication enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the main password.
In the main app window, tap or swipe the screen to the right.
The quick access bar appears on the left.
On the quick access bar, tap Documents > .
The gallery window opens.
If an alert appears, allow Kaspersky Password Manager to access the requested content on your device.
Kaspersky Password Manager does not display PDF files located on an SD card.
Select one PDF file you want to store in Kaspersky Password Manager, or tap Select and choose several PDF files.
Kaspersky Password Manager starts adding the selected documents into the vault.
Kaspersky Password Manager can't add password-protected PDF files or files larger than 20 MB.
The entries appear in the Documents window. If you want to view details of the PDF file, expand the entry and tap Open. You can also edit the entry name or add a comment, if needed.
Please note that the steps, menu labels, and icons mentioned here depend on the smartphone brand and the Android version and might look different on your device.
Open the document you want to add.
Open the sharing options by doing one of the following:
Tap the share menu. The icon usually looks like or .
Tap > Send file...
Select Kaspersky Password Manager in the list of apps.
Unlock the vault by entering the main password and tapping Unlock.

Save the document.
The document will be added to your vault as a new entry.
