Incoming calls are not identified and a loading image is shown near the Kaspersky Who Calls icon

Regardless of this issue, Kaspersky Who Calls will still provide information about phone numbers when checking an unknown number inside the app.
Solution:
- Remove Kaspersky Who Calls from the device and reinstall it.
- Before running the app for the first time, go to Settings > Phone> Call blocking and Identification and turn OFF the switch for Kaspersky Who Calls.
- Launch Kaspersky Who Calls and follow the instructions of the First Run Wizard.
- Wait about 5-10 minutes after the databases are updated.
We do not recommend you to force-stop the app. Interrupting a detached process can cause unstable operation of the app.
